These terms govern your use of 89bad. By registering or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility, Registration, and Account Rules

Accounts held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
- You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
- You are permitted to hold only one registered account on 89bad. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact 89bad support immediately. Players found to operate multiple accounts may have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
- You must keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify 89bad support.
- You must not use your 89bad account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that would constitute a criminal offence. 89bad complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

89bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on 89bad are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 89bad does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 89bad accepts no responsibility. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to identity verification. 89bad reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Deposit Conditions
Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered 89bad account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended. Deposits made in error cannot be recovered from 89bad after they have been credited to your account balance.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (wallet-matching rule). 89bad processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. 89bad reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent financial activity on the 89bad platform, including initiating chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or manipulating the deposit and withdrawal process in any way, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 89bad will pursue all available legal remedies in such cases and will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial institutions to recover losses and bring offenders to account.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time 89bad may make bonus credits, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives available to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Where there is any conflict between the general bonus provisions set out in these Terms and the specific terms of any individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail. Players are encouraged to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any offer.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be fully wagered (rolled over) before any winnings attributable to bonus play may be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 89bad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, and to refuse to grant a bonus to any player at its sole discretion. Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account age, or deposit-history restrictions as specified in the relevant offer terms.
- The misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to using bonuses in a mathematically low-risk manner designed to extract value without genuine wagering risk (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus whoring) — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 89bad reserves the right to confiscate the bonus and all associated winnings, and to close the account.
- Free spins bonuses are credited to specific games as designated in each promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before withdrawal. Free spins expire at the time stated in the specific promotion terms and any unused free spins will be forfeited upon expiry.
Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
89bad is committed to responsible gaming and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling and protect vulnerable players.
89bad provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. Responsible gaming tools can be accessed from within your account settings. Where a player has activated a self-exclusion, 89bad will use all reasonable endeavours to enforce that exclusion across the platform. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bad platform: colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; engaging in match-fixing or any manipulation of sporting events; creating accounts using false or third-party identities; accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and attempting to circumvent any security measure, KYC process, or responsible gaming control implemented by 89bad.
Account Suspension and Closure
89bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is prejudicial to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 89bad reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending a full investigation. Players who disagree with an account decision may raise a formal complaint by contacting 89bad support.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through 89bad support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of one month to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications from 89bad will be ceased. 89bad strongly recommends that any player seeking a permanent self-exclusion also contact other gambling platforms they use to request exclusion there as well, as 89bad's self-exclusion applies only to the 89bad platform.
Intellectual Property and Permitted Platform Use

All content on the 89bad platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, images, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of 89bad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the 89bad platform or its content in any way without the express written permission of 89bad. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose. You may not use the 89bad name, logo, or branding in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that suggests an association with or endorsement by 89bad without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 89bad intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Important limitations on 89bad's liability to players in respect of losses, service interruptions, and platform errors.
89bad provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 89bad uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the platform is available at all times and that all games operate correctly, 89bad does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 89bad accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors that are beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89bad's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 89bad account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 89bad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
Game Malfunction
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, credits, or balances, 89bad reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to restore account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. 89bad is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's decision to continue wagering after becoming aware of a suspected malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays" applies to all games on the 89bad platform.
Force Majeure
89bad shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 89bad's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or network outages, or failure of third-party service providers. In such circumstances, 89bad will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
Amendments, Severability, and Governing Law

89bad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 89bad will endeavour to provide notice of the change via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page at https://89bad.pro/terms-conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 89bad to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of 89bad's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later date.
